If the subject is located in a manufactured home community(sometimes referred to as a park) there is an analysis and adjustment made based on specific features of the the community.
This system is used in conjunction with the NADA value guides. Don't need an evaluation for lending purposes? The NAS system can also be used in assisting the client in evaluation for tax and insurance purposes.
