Market Data Reporting
Research for all our appraisal reports include statical analysis charts and analysis summary reporting. The data is collected from the State of AR, Garland County, Hot Springs National Park markets. This statistical information is charted for an overview of twelve and twenty four month periods in the market place. Charts show average and median home prices for each quarter in each particular area.
This information is utilized by the appraiser and is included as support in determining location adjustments and determining which areas are "comparable" in a segmented market place.
Addtionally the trend of some amenities can also be determined such as types of views, styles of homes, homes with pools etc. If adequate data is available than a cost trend of certain items can be identified and extracted from the market place.
