Ordering an appraisal is easy.  Here is how-

Call our office, provide information about your property and get a quote.

Provide an email address where you want your invoice and report to be sent to.

An emailed invoice will arrive in your in box with the Hot Springs Appraisal Service/ Pay Pal Logo.

Click on the link to pay invoice and provide secured credit card information which is encrypted by pay pal. (We never see your credit card information.)

You receive your receipt and a return email with appointment time for the inspection and estimated delivery time.

Your completed appraisal will be sent by you by a secure data courier email with a pdf file attached. Click on the pdf file to open, view and print.

We always provide a  follow up call you to make sure you receive your appraisal report or if you have any questions about your report.
